All our clients can opt for our 24/7 service line which makes our team of mechanics “part of your company”. With our service agreement our team, can be just as your own maintenance crew, without the added costs.

The service-line is available to all FX Prevent customers 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, according to the terms and conditions of the service agreement chosen by the customer.

All our products are developed and assembled in our own factory in Honselersdijk, evolved around the core values of our company: innovation, quality, flexibility and sustainability. By keeping manufacture under our own management and control, our organization provides a high level of flexibility. This in turn, enables us to build to your specifications, to deliver a custom installation the way you envision it and need it, rather than just a standard product.

We are aiming to keep our products, the LOX® Low Oxygen Systems, competitively priced, but more important we also boast a considerable longer operational cycle and lower maintenance cost than the comparable competitor systems.

So adopting the ISO 9001 guidelines has influenced our services and products and it means not only that all our processes are monitored, but that the companies we do business are influenced by it and maintain high standards as well.

Fx Prevent has its own maintenance and service department with a team of expertly trained mechanics (VCA basic safety certified) who perform maintenance a wide variety of machines such as:

• Expansion systems;
• Nitrogen generators;
• Compressors;
• Compressed air systems;

With our 24/7 service department, we are ready to help you day or night, we want to provide you with the service and quality that you can expect. This makes us a reliable partner to work with. We offer various maintenance options on the basis of an hourly rate or in the form of a maintenance contract, both within the Netherlands and abroad.

BRL-K21017/01 evaluation guidelines:

Kiwa, in collaboration with FX Prevent, established the BRL K-21017 evaluation guidelines for oxygen reduction systems. In full: the evaluation guidelines for the KIWA product certificate for design, installation, delivery, and support for inerting and oxygen reduction systems. The panel of experts officially approved these guidelines on 21 January 2009.

The main criteria taken into consideration for a certification are:

• Design
• Installation
• Maintenance and support
• Architectural design of the areas to be protected
• Organizational measures

The systems FX Prevent manufactures and delivers for its customers meet the stringent requirements of the BRL-K21017/01, and a certificate can be issued by KIWA upon request by the customer.
